GRISWOLD ST. at MICHIGAN AVENUE DETROIT old photo picture print for sale. This old vintage Detroit photo picture print for sale is a wonderful very early photograph of the intersection of Griswold Street and Michigan Avenue in downtown Detroit after the turn of the century---ca. 1915. In it we can see Kinsel's Drug Store on left side of photo, a very large Coca Cola advertising sign, horse and buggies, a streetcar and vintage vehicles. On the buildings on the right we see advertising signs for a Billiard Room and Cigars. Pedestrians cross the street everywhere. This sepia toned print is made from the Original 1915 black and white negative photo print. It has been professionally restored and would make a wonderful display piece for your home or office.

The quality of the Jan Kaulins' photographic prints is much higher than we can show within limits of this web site. Slight tonal changes and blurring around the areas of strong contrast are a result of the JPEG compression process, and are not part of the high quality originals.
